Benoit bistro by Alain Ducasse
Founded in 1912 by butcher Benoit Matray,
Benoit has stood the test of time as one of the last remaining authentic Parisian bistros. Over generations, it has built a reputation for its convivial atmosphere, exquisite cuisine, and deep-rooted heritage. In 2005, the restaurant was acquired by the acclaimed Maison Ducasse, expanding its presence globally with locations in New York, Tokyo and Kyoto. Now, Saudi Arabia becomes the latest destination to experience the charm and flavors of Benoit.
Benoit Riyadh opened its doors in the prestigious King Abdullah Financial District on the 23rd April 2025, bringing over a century of tradition, warmth, and Michelin-starred excellence to the heart of Riyadh.
Benoit Paris
Benoit Paris, the original bistro, was founded in 1912 and remained managed by the same family during three generations until Ducasse Paris took it over. It is located in the heart of Paris, close to Les Halles, the ancient, huge Parisian market.
